We will be starting on the James project very soon. This will be
exciting, as we are adding an entire second level to this home, we are
also doing a major remodel. The existing 2x8 floor joists made it challenging in some areas. We solved this with a couple of
flush beams, and even a tube steel beam above the living room. We hope to
have it on the Tour of Remodeled Homes next year.
